- Any building permit filed with a municipal authority in your chosen city. LeadDig tracks all permit types — residential, commercial, ADU, demolition, infrastructure — and lets you filter to what matters to your business.
- How quickly do new permits appear?
- Starter plans get daily digests. Pro plans get real-time alerts as soon as a permit clears our classification pipeline, typically within a few hours of municipal filing.
- Can I change cities after I sign up?
- Yes. Starter plans cover one city at a time — you can switch at any time. Pro plans include three simultaneous cities. Team plans have access to all cities.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You can export your saved searches and alert history at any time. After cancellation your account moves to Scout (free tier) and your data is retained for 90 days.
- Is there a contract or commitment?
- No. All paid plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled any time from your account settings. Annual billing (with a 20% discount) is available on request.
